At Greenwood Homecare, we are committed to providing exceptional care to support individuals in their own homes. Our aim is to help you live comfortably in the home you know and love and to support you to continue enjoying your favourite activities, whether that’s getting out and about to do some shopping or visit family, or simply relaxing at home in comfort, enjoying a conversation and a cup of tea.

Our visits range from short pop-in care calls of thirty-minutes to full-time live-in care and we work with each client to ensure their care plan is tailored to meet their unique needs. We offer long-term care plans as well as temporary support, such as respite care or reablement support. A typical care plan might include:

• Personal care such as toileting and bathing
• Help getting dressed or ready for bed
• Light housework
• Help preparing meals and doing the dishes
• Companionship around the house or on outings
• Support with medication or rehabilitation exercises
